Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules, responsibilities, and obligations between you (“Client” or “Candidate”) and Capstone Recruitments (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our recruitment services or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Client: Any company or individual engaging Capstone Recruitments for hiring or recruitment services.
• Candidate: Any individual registered or introduced for job opportunities by Capstone Recruitments.
• Services: Recruitment, staffing, and all related support provided by Capstone Recruitments.

2. Scope of Services

• We introduce, recommend, and screen candidates for client job roles and assist throughout the recruitment process.
• Capstone Recruitments acts as an intermediary. We do not employ candidates or guarantee job offers.

3. Confidentiality

• Both client and candidate information must be kept confidential and used only for recruitment purposes.
• Sharing data with third parties is not permitted without written consent from Capstone Recruitments or the individual concerned.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees are agreed in writing before any recruitment begins.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of a candidate’s start date unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Late payment may incur interest and administrative charges as allowed by law.

5. Candidate Introductions

• If a client hires a candidate introduced by Capstone Recruitments within 12 months of introduction, standard fees apply.
• Forwarding candidate details to third parties that result in a hire will also incur our standard placement fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We aim to match qualified candidates to suitable roles but cannot guarantee suitability, performance, or continued employment.
• Capstone Recruitments is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the recruitment or employment of a candidate.

7. Equal Opportunity

• We are committed to equal opportunities and do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

8. Data Protection

• We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Notice below for more details.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate services by giving written notice.
• All fees due prior to the termination date remain payable.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
